Sitewell Studio is run by Nick, based in Atkinson, New Hampshire. We work with businesses we can actually visit — Salem, Plaistow, Derry, Hampstead, Haverhill, Nashua, and everywhere in between.
That's the whole point. When your web person is local, you can look them in the eye, call them by name, and know they'll still be here next year. Your site isn't ticket #4,832 at some faraway company — it's our reputation, in our own backyard.

What does the monthly fee actually cover?
Real, ongoing work: fast managed hosting, your SSL certificate, daily backups, security monitoring, WordPress and plugin updates, uptime monitoring, support when you need us, and your included small edits each month. It's the difference between a site that quietly decays and one that's looked after.
Do I own my website and domain?
Your domain is registered in your business's name from day one — it's yours, period. The site lives on our managed hosting while you're on a care plan. If you ever leave, we'll export your site and hand it off cleanly and professionally. No hostages here.
I already have a website. Why change?
Maybe you shouldn't! Send us the link and we'll give you an honest, free review — what's working, what's costing you customers, and whether it's worth redoing. If your site is genuinely fine, we'll tell you so.
How long does it take?
About two weeks from deposit to launch for most sites, assuming we get your photos and details promptly. We'll give you a specific date before we start — and we hit it.
What if I need changes later?
Small edits — new hours, a new staff photo, a price change — are included in your care plan. Just email us. Bigger additions, like a whole new page, get a simple flat quote before any work starts.
